Steady Shot... Well, it has a faster fire rate than Aimed Shot, has no cooldown, and when you use Concussive Shot on your target before you use Steady Shot then
it makes your damage to that target noticably higher. Overall I think it is much better than Aimed Shot and I use it all of the time in PvP, PvE, and in instances.-Is my signature supposed to go here?It has no cooldown and can therefore be weaved in between your normal autoshots given you have an autoshot delay of 2.5 or more, any less makes it a little difficult to time it right and not eat into your autoshots. Rapid Fire lowers your shot timer, for all shots, including the casted one like Aimed AND Steady Shot.
Basically using it correctly can more than double your DPS depending on how much you crit and whether or not you clip off autoshots.
One more thing though..... this kind of question is just about the most basic and therefore easily answered question anyone could ask on the Hunter forum so please before you post a question like this again consult the big yellow thread at the top of the thread page, normally reffered to as a sticky entitled.....
EVERY QUESTION ANSWERED HERE!!!-Light travels faster than sound, which is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.Ok so I've done a
little reading about steady shot and can't really figure out the usability of it. From what I've read mainly on wowwiki is that steady shot is a good shot to use in instances and raids over aimed shot. It does about the same amount of damage but does it cause less threat? Thx for any info
